Austin Dressage Unlimited (ADU) promotes education in the Dressage community while
encouraging advancement towards goals through mutual support among friends.
Austin Dressage Unlimited (ADU) was created in 2008 as a USDF Dressage GMO chapter of the
Alamo Dressage Association (ADA). ADA is a charter group member organization of the United States
Dressage Federation (USDF), and is also recognized by the United States Equestrian Federation
(USEF). Austin Dressage Unlimited/Alamo Dressage Association are organized under the federal 501C
(3) code as a nonprofit corporation. Tax ID # 30006060021.
We would like to invite any interested dressage enthusiast or party to become a 2008/2009 Charter
Donor of this newly formed Austin Dressage Unlimited organization. This GMO chapter is a unique type
of organization which has never been done before, but fills a critical need. The primary focus of this
group is Dressage Education, Progressive Training, and Advancement up the USDF Levels for
members and their horses. All activities of this group will be carried out with these goals in mind.
There has been an enormous amount of enthusiasm expressed for the development of this uniquely
focused new Dressage organization. This includes the cooperation and support of area USDF/USEF
judges, USDF/USEF technical delegates, USDF certified instructors, USDF L Program graduates, USDF
show organizers, USDF show competitors and participants, USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalists,
USDF Horse of the Year national award winners, USDF University participants, area Dressage
instructors, trainers, riders, breeders, barn owners, schooling show organizers, etc. All who are looking
forward to promoting and participating in Austin Dressage Unlimited.
Please support this new and unique Dressage organization with a tax deductible financial donation,

programs, continuing education, etc), Educational Get Togethers (DVD viewings, speakers, etc).
◊ RIDER ACHIEVEMENT RECOGNITION – recognizing riders who have succeeded in reaching
their goals of progressively advancing up the USDF levels, and/or earning their USDF Bronze,
Silver, or Gold Medals.
◊ SHOWS – assistance with hosting Practice, Unrecognized, and Recognized Dressage shows.
◊ MEMBER EVENTS – includes Membership meetings/parties, members traveling together to
horse related functions such as out of town clinics, Reg 9 and/or USDF conventions, etc.
